As with many historical buildings, stories of ghosts and paranormal phenomena is quite common inside The Beverly Hills. Most of the paranormal sightings in the hotel are foggy and vague apparitions or orbs. Both the Atlanta Ghost Hunter and the Haunt Analyst Georgia Ghost Hunters shows have caught apparitions on tape in the hotel. Most of the ghostly activities in the hotel center on the third floor.
Audio analysis conducted by paranormal experts has yielded hoarse voices telling people to get out of the hotel. Sometimes the voices captured on the tape would be happy and sometimes even joyful. Generally, most of the ghosts are friendly and have been known to tuck guests in for the night. However, guests who are disrespectful or people who have spoken ill of the paranormal things happening in the hotel have reported seeing the spirits hurling glasses and breaking them on the floor.
The Beverly Hills Inn, located in Atlanta, Georgia, started as an apartment home for elderly widows in 1929. The inn has been a witness to all the changes throughout the history of Atlanta. It was turned into bed and breakfast in 1982 and since then, has remained open.
